What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address and anything else you choose to tell us. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
What we use it for
We use it to reply to you and to send you information about Enlightenment Day, including joining details for the conference you registered for. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
Who handles it
Enlightenment Day is run by Divine Illumination Institute, which decides how these details are used. Forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. The site is served through Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, which keep standard server logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Videos are hosted by YouTube and load only when you press play. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details until the conference they relate to is over and any follow up has been sent, and proposals for as long as we are in conversation with you. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we hold.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, by writing to [email protected].
