We want everyone to be able to use this site and take part in the conference. This page says what is in place and what is not yet.

This website

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and a skip link goes straight to the content.
• Text and background colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio, checked with the axe tool on each release.
• Pages work at any zoom level and on phone screens without sideways scrolling.
• Animation is switched off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
• Videos load only when you press play, and each has a text title.
• The older year sites, from 2023 to 2025, were built with a page builder and are less consistent. We have added main headings and hidden broken images, but some layouts there remain imperfect.

The online conference

Details of captions and live transcription for the 10 October 2026 sessions will be published with the joining details. Recordings of past talks on YouTube carry YouTube's automatic captions.
