This theme is about uncovering ancient wisdom and teachings from various traditions, including Sanatana, Abrahamic (Christianity, Islam, Judaism), and other ancient traditions. The sessions will explore how these teachings connect and how they can be infused into modern life to promote mindfulness, balance, and spiritual growth. The aim is to “connect the dots” between different spiritual paths, showing how ancient knowledge can help us live more mindful and meaningful lives today.
